About the Role

we are seeking a Sourcing Specialist with a strong background in semiconductor and computer component procurement to join our team. This role is crucial for developing and maintaining robust supplier partnerships that support high standards of quality, cost-effectiveness, and market responsiveness. In this position, you will lead supplier negotiations, develop sourcing strategies, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement processes. Youll have a strategic impact on our supply chain, contributing to cost savings, product availability, and quality assurance.

The Ideal Candidate Must Demonstrate the Following Behavioral Traits:

• Effective Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear, constructive interactions with suppliers and internal teams.

• Strategic Relationship-Building: Ability to nurture long-term relationships with suppliers, aligning with  commitment to quality and reliability.

• Analytical Thinking: Skilled in data-driven decision-making, capable of assessing market trends and supplier performance.

• Problem-Solving Orientation: Ability to anticipate and address potential supply chain challenges.

• Attention to Detail: Maintains accuracy and thoroughness in all procurement and reporting tasks.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience sourcing in the semiconductor and computer components industry.

• 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiation, supplier development, initiation of relationship with suppliers.

• Advanced knowledge of sourcing platforms and bidding process.

• Intermediate English level.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
