Statistical Programmer Lead

Statistical Programmer Lead (Contract - 1 Year)

Location: Colombo 9, Sri Lanka
Working Hours: 8 hours/day (UK Hours, 1 PM - 12 AM SL Time)
Contract Type: 1-year contract with 1-month notice period (Renewable based on performance)
Working Method: Hybrid (3 days onsite, remainder remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead programming teams and projects for clinical trial data analysis.
• Oversee the creation of submission-ready standard data sets and presentations.
• Conduct interim analysis and ensure adherence to programming standards.
• Work with the team to balance priorities and manage multiple projects.
• Provide mentorship and technical support to junior programmers.
• Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations of programming teams.
• Ensure training and QC before task initiation.

Qualifications:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in SAS programming.
• Expertise in SAS/MACRO, SAS/BASE, and clinical data structures.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments and CDISC standards.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Statistics or related field.
• Proven leadership experience in programming teams.

Salary: Based on experience.
