Job Title: Executive Events & Promotions

Job Summary:

The Executive Events & Promotions will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events and promotional activities within the shopping mall. This role requires creativity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with various stakeholders, including tenants, media agencies, and event partners, to enhance brand visibility and foot traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing the annual event and promotions calendar.
• Plan, execute, and manage all in-mall events and promotional activities.
• Liaise with media and advertising agencies to coordinate promotional campaigns.
• Manage third-party events held within the mall and ensure smooth execution.
• Analyze event performance, collect data, and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with tenants for joint promotions, activations, and marketing campaigns.
• Design and produce marketing materials, including banners, flyers, and digital assets.
• Coordinate with vendors and printers for timely production of promotional materials.
• Ensure all events and promotional activities align with the mall's brand identity and objectives.
• Support the Senior Manager - Marketing with any additional marketing or branding projects.

Candidate Requirements:

• A full/part qualification in Marketing, Graphic Design, Event Management, or a related field from a recognized institute.
• 2-3 years of experience in event management, preferably within an event company or a retail environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Proficiency in IT and graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.) is an advantage.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple projects independently.
• Outgoing personality with strong networking skills.
• Age: 25 -  35 years.
