Job Title: Tech Lead - React, Node.js, TypeScript

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in Node.js and TypeScript, with secondary experience in React. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership abilities, and a passion for building high-quality web applications.

As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for guiding the technical direction of the team, ensuring the efficient development of scalable and reliable applications, and mentoring junior developers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet both business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor the development team, ensuring they follow best practices and high coding standards.
• Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust backend solutions using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Frontend Development: Work on the frontend using React to build dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
• Architecture & Design: Contribute to the architecture of the application and assist in creating technical roadmaps.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver new features and improvements.
• Code Review & Quality Assurance: Perform regular code reviews to maintain code quality and encourage continuous learning within the team.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure the application is scalable and performs optimally under high traffic and large datasets.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise in the development or production environment.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and concise technical documentation to support development processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Proficient in React (secondary), with the ability to create dynamic, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces.
• Strong experience in RESTful APIs and integrating them with frontend and backend systems.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript for building scalable, maintainable applications.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience in designing and implementing microservices and cloud solutions.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and version control practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
