Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized, customer-focused leader to oversee and manage service center operations. The ideal candidate should have strong client-handling experience, leadership skills, and a solid engineering background in air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Operations Management Oversee daily service center operations, scheduling, technician management, and coordination of repair & maintenance work.
Client Relationship Management Act as the primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
Team Leadership Lead, motivate, and manage technicians and service staff, ensuring performance targets are met.
Technical Expertise Provide technical guidance on complex air conditioning system issues.
Quality Control Ensure all services meet or exceed company standards, conduct audits, and track performance metrics.
Inventory Management Monitor parts & equipment inventory to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency.
Training & Development Conduct ongoing training for service technicians on HVAC systems and customer service best practices.
Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate service records and prepare reports for senior management.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 5 years in a service management role, preferably in HVAC or air conditioning.
Technical Knowledge: Strong engineering background with expertise in air conditioning systems, repairs, and troubleshooting.
Client Handling Skills: Proven customer relationship management experience.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field (preferred).
Certifications: Relevant HVAC certifications (EPA, HVAC Technician Certification) are a plus.
