Meet with potential and existing customers to secure business and drive revenue growth.
Introduce new customers while ensuring the retention of existing clients through effective relationship management.
Prepare, plan, and execute strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
Consistently monitor performance and take proactive steps to meet or exceed targets.
Adhere to company credit policies, ensuring timely follow-up on payments.
Work to minimize debtor risk and protect the company's financial interests.
Maintain strong relationships with carriers, airlines, forwarders, and other logistics partners.
Educate the sales team on market changes, updates, and emerging trends to enhance their performance.
Ensure the sales team has the tools and knowledge needed to succeed in a fast-paced market.
Present market statistics, trends, and updates to the management team to support strategic business decisions.
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as requested by management, in line with the current role.

A professional qualification in Logistics or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in sales within the freight forwarding industry.
Strong communication skills with proficiency in English.
A valid driver's license with the ability to travel as required.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage customer accounts and deliver results within deadlines.
Analytical mindset with the ability to present market insights and strategies to management.
