Designation: Talent Management and Organizational Development Specialist
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 8.00 - 17.00 & Saturday 8.00 - 13.00
Working Location: Kalutara, Sri Lanka
Job Tasks
- Organizes and implements corporate TMOD and local initiatives to facilitate employee development and the development of leadership and performance culture following the Continental Core Values.
- Develops the annual TMOD plan and budget after analyzing organizational objectives and changes.
- Conducts and manages talent management conferences, talent review meetings, succession planning, train-the-trainer programs, retention initiatives, and employer branding and onboarding activities.
- Identifies specific training and development needs within the organization for new hires and existing personnel through job analysis, appraisal schemes, and regular consultation with business managers.
- Develops, implements, and facilitates target group-oriented development initiatives and competency management in line with corporate standards, based on the needs of the organization and the individual.
- Provides consulting and coaching to internal customers at all levels of the organization to identify development needs, improve performance, and drive change.
- Measures and improves the effectiveness of training and implements corrective actions if necessary.
- Ensures training compliance for internal and external audit purposes.
- Manages and coordinates training online platforms, materials, manuals, and computer-assisted instructions.
- Coordinates with organizations, training vendors, and professional associations to keep abreast of new training delivery methods and instructional technologies.
- Ensures the documentation of training records and tracks planned and completed training per individual.
- Supports human relations processes that drive employee engagement, labor relations, and other HR functions.
Employee Profile:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or a professional qualification in a related field.
Five years of experience in the HR, Training, and Development function.
Strong teamwork, problem-solving, documentation, and reporting skills, with excellent communication abilities.
