Director Operations

We Are Hiring a Director of Operations 




Objectives:

• Collaborate with the UK IT executive to define and implement organisational vision and operational strategy.
• Champion Gallaghers systems and position the company as a leading technology employer in the region.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable plans, fostering company growth and achieving performance excellence.
• Drive employee productivity while nurturing an inclusive and thriving organisational culture.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and oversee operational policies for the Sri Lanka IT organisation.
• Manage daily operations, including finance, human resources, and administration.
• Align company activities with service delivery and growth objectives for the UK & EMEA business.
• Lead employee performance management, motivation, and morale enhancement.

Skills and Experience:

• 12+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in an executive operations role, preferably in a multinational corporate environment.
• Proven financial leadership ensuring compliance with local laws and accurate financial reporting.
• Strong management skills with ethical leadership and decision-making capabilities.
• Demonstrated success working with third-party suppliers, including HR/payroll services, IT providers, and facilities management.
