About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager Business Development to drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in business development, sales strategy, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business success.
• Lead negotiations and close high-value deals.
• Conduct market research & competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
• Manage and mentor the business development team to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Strong leadership & strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent negotiation & communication abilities.
• Proven experience in closing high-value deals and managing key accounts.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable strategies.
• Results-driven with a passion for growth and innovation.
