KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as a Key Management person of the Company and ensure maintaining of excellent Business and Accounting practices 

• Will be independently responsible for long term and short term strategic financial planning, Budgeting, analysis and advice the management for future direction of the company and its brand equity.

• Analyze and make recommendation on future expansion possibilities with new Brand acquisition and/or with the same brands in different locations.

• Coordinate with Internal and External parties for the smooth operation of Finance and Business activities and excellent negotiation skills.

• Final responsibility on Management/Quarterly and Year End Accounts together with statutory compliance while achieving the strict deadline decided by the Management.

• Excellent experience on Financial Management and ensure the accurate receipt of collection and payments of the company 

• Responsible for the operational accounting while ensuring the required price changes with industry fluctuation to achieve the decided GP and profitability.

• Coordinate with franchisee owners relating to financial activities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Should be a Member of CA Sri Lanka. 2nd membership in CIMA/ACCA will be an added advantage.

• MBA in a reputed organization will be an added advantage.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Accounting and Finance together with minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience

• Require minimum of 3 years' experience in the Senior Management position.

• Experience in Food and Beverage industry is preferred but not essential

• Shall be fluent with ERP Systems preferably with Oracle or SAP

• Good communication skills together with excellence in English language

• Shall be a person who is willing to work under pressure and in a challenging role.
