Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and goal-oriented Senior Executive / Executive - Student Counsellor to guide prospective students through their educational journey and convert inquiries into successful enrolments.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills, with a customer-centric approach and a genuine passion for education and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding educational pathways
• Conduct consultations through phone, online platforms, and face-to-face meetings
• Follow up on student inquiries and convert leads into successful enrolments
• Maintain accurate student records and updates within the CRM system
• Participate in open days, education exhibitions, and student recruitment events
• Assist students throughout the admission and registration process
• Achieve monthly and annual enrolment targets
• Build strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and stakeholders
• Provide clear and professional guidance throughout the student decision-making process
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission and enrolment experience

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualifications

• Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification

Experience

• Experience in sales, customer service, education, banking, insurance, hospitality, telecommunications, or similar client-facing roles would be advantageous
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
• Demonstrated ability to achieve targets will be highly regarded
• Experience in student counselling, admissions, or educational sales would be an added advantage
