Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Engineer to drive business growth by promoting power generation and engine solutions across industrial, commercial, and marine sectors. This role involves identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing both technical and commercial support to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned markets
• Manage and grow existing client accounts
  
• Promote power generation, engine, and related technical solutions
• Provide technical and commercial support to customers
  
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
  
• Coordinate with technical teams to deliver suitable solutions
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

Candidate Profile

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Marine Engineering
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in industrial sales or engineering sales
• Experience in power generation, engines, or marine sectors will be an added advantage

Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical knowledge of engines and power systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  
• Ability to work independently in a competitive environment
• Good command of English language
