Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented professional with strong PR skills and an outgoing personality to fill the role of Sales Manager – Projects.

In this role, you will focus on developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, managing individual sales pipelines, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in identifying customer needs, promoting product solutions, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

Manage and drive project sales to meet and exceed company targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and developers.

Oversee and support the sales process for project-related inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project delivery is on time and within budget.

Analyze project sales figures, track trends, and provide detailed reports to management.

Coordinate project-related activities with contractors, suppliers, and vendors.

Ensure that all project-related sales activities align with company policies and objectives.

Assist in the preparation of project proposals, cost estimates, and bids.

Respond to and resolve customer complaints related to project delivery and sales.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience

Minimum 03 years of experience in a sales or project management role.

Experience in hardware, building materials, or related industries will be highly preferred.

Experience in handling B2B sales and managing large-scale projects will be an added advantage.

Requirements

Age over 25 years.

A proactive, strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills.

Full or part-qualified in SLIM/CIM or equivalent qualifications.

Strong communication skills, both spoken and written in English and Sinhala.
