Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support daily accounting and inventory-related tasks. The role involves handling basic accounting functions, stock checking, petty cash reconciliation, and preparing customer statements, ensuring accurate financial records at all times. The ideal candidate should be responsible, organized, and able to manage both financial and stock records accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain daily accounting records, including sales, purchases, and expense entries.

Perform daily petty cash reconciliation and ensure proper documentation.

Prepare and issue monthly customer statements and follow up where required.

Conduct regular stock checking and coordinate with operations to resolve discrepancies.

Assist in maintaining inventory and stock movement records.

Support invoice preparation, billing, and filing of financial documents.

Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting.

Coordinate with management on financial and stock-related matters.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Skills & Requirements

Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

Experience with accounting software and MS Excel.

Good attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to handle cash and stock records accurately.

Male candidate preferred.
