Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company vision to drive growth and long-term success.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define KPIs and track progress against goals.

• Provide analysis and data-driven insights to support senior leadership decisions.

• Prepare presentations and reports for board and management meetings.

• Provide insights on market trends, company performance, and strategic initiatives.

• Monitor implementation of strategic initiatives to ensure timely delivery.

• Track resource allocation and provide recommendations for adjustments.

• Deliver periodic progress updates to senior management.

• Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic goals and overcome challenges.
• Ensure consistent execution of corporate initiatives and provide feedback to leadership.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred.

• Master's degree will be an added advantage.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or strategic work with top management.

• Strong financial acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Advanced Excel and MS Projects.

• Experience with BI and data analysis tools (Power BI, SQL, Tableau) preferred.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

• Experience in the telecommunication industry is an added advantage.
