Senior HR Manager

WE ARE HIRING: Senior HR Manager 

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources operations at our manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, people-driven, and brings strategic HR thinking into a factory or industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all HR functions at the factory including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance
• Partner with factory leadership to drive HR strategies aligned with operational goals
• Ensure legal and statutory compliance related to labor laws, occupational health and safety, and factory regulations
• Handle union relationships, employee grievances, and disciplinary actions professionally and in alignment with company policy
• Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and best practices on the shop floor
• Develop and execute training and development plans to build capabilities across the workforce
• Manage HR audits, payroll coordination, and HR MIS reporting
• Foster a positive work environment and drive employee engagement at all levels

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure in a factory or manufacturing setup
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, and HR compliance
• Proven leadership in managing HR teams and supporting operational excellence
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience handling blue-collar and unionized workforce is essential
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities
