WE ARE HIRING: Senior Engineer Tableau Developer

Job Role

A Senior Tableau Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive and insightful dashboards and reports using Tableau. This role involves working closely with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to transform data into meaningful business insights. The senior engineer also plays a mentorship and technical leadership role within the BI(Business Intelligence) or data analytics team.

Applicant Profile

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or more than 5 years experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Banking domain with BI developments.
• Strong expertise in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server and Tableau Prep.
• Proficiency in SQL (complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning).
• Solid understanding of data visualization best practices and UX design.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python or R) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Certification in Tableau Desktop Certified Professional or Tableau Certified Data Analyst will be an added advantage

• Understand business requirements and translate them into data visualization solutions.
• Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data sources are accurate, clean, and optimized.
• Implement data governance, security, and compliance protocols.
• Perform data analysis and validation to ensure data integrity.
• Work with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on dashboard designs.
• Create and maintain documentation for Tableau dashboards, data models, data flows, and design decisions.
• Stay updated with the latest Tableau features and BI trends.
