Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and self-driven Senior DevOps Engineer to establish and maintain a scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure environment. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of infrastructure management, automation, and optimization initiatives, driving continuous improvement in system performance, security, and availability.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with development teams, lead infrastructure-related projects, and ensure operational excellence across the companys cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, document, and secure infrastructure services, including AWS resources, domains, and certificates.
• Develop and maintain monitoring routines, resolving alerts, analyzing vulnerabilities, and taking proactive preventive actions.
• Drive the automation of builds, tests, and deployments, including container orchestration and optimization processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to analyze, design, and maintain infrastructure services for high availability and performance.
• Conduct and lead system audits, penetration testing, and due diligence reporting.
• Oversee and train the infrastructure team to ensure best practices in system management and security.
• Collect infrastructure data and implement data-driven improvements for performance, cost, and reliability.
• Stay up to date with latest cloud and DevOps trends, applying them to enhance system scalability and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or infrastructure engineering.

• Proven expertise in:

  • AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, ELK, Linux, Grafana

  • CI/CD pipelines (preferably GitLab CI)

  • Version control systems (GitLab preferred)

  • Jenkins, JIRA, and automation frameworks

• Experience in high transaction or payment environments is an advantage.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

• Experience in team building, mentoring, and leading infrastructure projects.

• Prior experience in a startup environment will be a plus.
