WE ARE HIRING : Operations Manager 

Role Description

The Operations Manager will lead and oversee the daily operations, ensuring smooth processes, high productivity, and consistent client satisfaction. The individual will be responsible for managing resources, monitoring performance metrics, and driving continuous process improvements. This role requires strong leadership in mentoring team leads and staff while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations to achieve productivity and client satisfaction goals.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for process improvement.
• Mentor, train, and guide team leads and operational staff to achieve business targets.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and client requirements.
• Drive efficiency in operations and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with senior management to align operations with business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Senior/Managerial role.
• Experience in Australian BPO operations will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in Financial services and Mortgage Brokering industries in Australia will be highly beneficial.
