Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Communication and Language Trainer, Learning and Development to support call quality, language development, communication standards, and training delivery within a BPO environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting call monitoring, email reviews, feedback sessions, language training, and communication development programs across departments. This role requires strong English communication skills, training capability, quality assurance knowledge, and the ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct call monitoring, email reviews, quality checks, and feedback sessions accurately and on time.
  • Deliver language, communication, and email writing training for new hires and existing team members.
  • Support learning interventions based on complaints, quality feedback, and business requirements.
  • Track and update Learning and Development quality assurance databases and training trackers.
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure employees are released for training as scheduled.
  • Provide regular progress updates on language and communication development.
  • Develop training materials, manuals, written exercises, teaching aids, and presentation content.
  • Identify new training needs and recommend suitable training modules based on business objectives.
  • Support the preparation and publication of Learning and Development newsletters.
  • Assist operational teams during high volume periods when required.
  • Carry out additional Learning and Development tasks aligned with business priorities.

Candidate Profile

  • Recognized certification in Language, Communication, Training, Teaching, or a related qualification.
  • Proven experience in delivering language or communication training in a professional environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong ability to deliver engaging training sessions for diverse employee groups.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail in maintaining training records, reports, and quality assurance data.
  • Ability to adapt training content based on audience needs and business requirements.
  • Prior experience in BPO, customer service, call quality, or learning and development will be an advantage.
  • Professional, proactive, and committed to improving communication standards.
