Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and commercially strong Sales Manager – Cyber Security Solutions to lead enterprise sales initiatives for cybersecurity products and services. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, managing strategic client relationships, and expanding market presence through solution-led selling in a fast-evolving telecommunication environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles for cybersecurity solutions, from prospecting to closure
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives
- Collaborate with global and local cybersecurity vendors, partners, and principals
- Lead strategic initiatives to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets
- Identify new enterprise opportunities across public and private sector markets
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions
- Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, compliance requirements, and emerging threats
- Maintain healthy pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM updates
- Work closely with technical and pre-sales teams to deliver winning proposals
- Ensure strong post-sales relationship management and account growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Master's degree will be an added advantage
- Over 5 years of experience in ICT / technology solution sales
- Minimum 5 years specifically in cybersecurity sales
- Proven success selling cybersecurity solutions to large enterprises
- Experience working with partners and principals in the cybersecurity domain

- Strong expertise in enterprise B2B solution sales
- Good understanding of cybersecurity solutions and threat landscape
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management capability
