Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, highly organized, and proactive Executive – Personal Assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). This role combines executive assistance with creative and digital responsibilities, ensuring seamless coordination of the CMOs activities while supporting marketing and branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the CMOs calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

• Coordinate and manage documentation, including taking meeting minutes and preparing reports and presentations.

• Assist in preparing Board presentations and supporting marketing-related activities.

• Act as the primary point of contact between the CMO and internal/external stakeholders.

• Support branding and marketing initiatives and ensure consistency across platforms.

• Assist with digital and creative tasks related to marketing campaigns and communications.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in executive assistance or marketing support roles.

• Proficiency in MS Office and design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.

• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics.

• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and professionalism.
