JOB VACANCY: Sales & Reservations Executive (Russian-Speaking)

Handle daily reservations for Maldives hotels and resorts catering to the Russia/CIS market.

Communicate professionally with Russian-speaking agents and clients via email and phone.

Prepare quotations, conduct availability checks, and issue booking confirmations.

Coordinate closely with Maldives resort partners on rates, offers, amendments, and stop-sales.

Manage bookings using CRM systems, SamoTour, or internal reservation platforms.

Ensure high accuracy, zero booking errors, and timely turnaround on all requests.

Support the team during peak booking periods and high-volume workloads.

Fluency in Russian (spoken and written) – mandatory.

Good command of English.

Experience in reservations, travel operations, or Maldives product knowledge is an advantage.

Strong computer literacy and familiarity with reservation systems.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
