Role Overview 

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Product Owner (AI & Legal-Tech) to help shape internal technology platforms, AI-driven workflows, automation tools, and operational systems. The successful candidate will work closely with business, legal, operational, and technology teams to translate complex requirements into clear product specifications and deliver meaningful business outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions while contributing to next-generation AI and workflow automation initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog, priorities, and feature definitions.
• Translate business, operational, and user requirements into clear product requirements and specifications.
• Work closely with teams across operations, legal, AML, finance, onboarding, and engineering.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and product documentation.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, user acceptance testing (UAT), and product releases.
• Use data, customer feedback, and operational insights to support product decisions.
• Contribute to the design and development of AI-driven workflows and automation solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product features align with business objectives.
• Support continuous product improvement initiatives and process optimization projects.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Strong ability to translate complex business processes into clear and actionable product requirements.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, workflow tools, legal-tech solutions, or operational systems will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
• Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Passion for technology, automation, and process improvement.
