Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and forward-thinking Product Owner (AI & Legal-Tech) to translate operational, legal, and technical requirements into clear and actionable product specifications. In this role, you will help shape internal tools, AI-driven automations, workflows, and platform features used by legal teams, operations, case workers, AML, finance, onboarding, and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will excel in understanding complex processes, breaking them down into product requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog, priorities, and feature definitions.
• Translate business, legal, and operational needs into structured product requirements.
• Collaborate closely with lawyers, AML teams, finance, onboarding, engineering, and operations.
• Write clear and comprehensive user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and documentation.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, UAT, and product release cycles.
• Use data insights and user feedback to drive informed product decisions.
• Contribute to the development of AI-driven workflows, automation tools, and internal platforms.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar product-focused role.
• Strong ability to translate complex workflows and requirements into clear product specifications.
• Experience with SaaS products, workflow tools, legal-tech, or operational platforms is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with agile product development methodologies.
