WE ARE HIRING: Chief Information Officer (CIO)

• Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka
• Experience: Minimum 10 years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT governance, cybersecurity frameworks, and regulatory compliance across the organization.
• Develop and deliver the long-term technology and digital transformation strategy.
• Prevent technology risks, ensure readiness, and present performance updates to the Board.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, operations, vendors, and service delivery.
• Build and lead high-performing IT and cybersecurity teams.
• Drive innovation, automation, and continuous system improvements.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in IT, cybersecurity, or IT governance.
• Proven experience as a CIO, Head of IT, or similar senior role.
• Strong expertise in cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and Board-level presentation skills.
• Experience managing enterprise-level systems and IT operations.
• Added Advantage
• Experience working in multinational, regulated, or UK/EU environments.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CGEIT, ITIL, or COBIT.
