WE ARE HIRING : Receptionist

Working Days : Monday - Friday, 

Working Hours: 7:15am to 5:15pm

Employment type: 6 months contract (based on performance, will renew as an annual contract)

Job role:

• Raising VIP and visitor passes for visitors entering the Silueta (Biyagama) location.
• Responsible for entering pass data into the online BOI portal.
• Responsible for creating photo ID passes for new executives and on request for long term employees.
• Responsible for facilitating customer visits by arranging refreshments or coordinating with the relevant manager in-charge to ensure the visitor is welcomed and comfortable.
• Responsible for settling any IOUs taken from finance for the purpose of raising passes and visitor arrangements
• Any additional duties as required

Requirements

•  Good communication in English & Sinhala, Basic knowledge of email and Microsoft Excel
• experience in customer care would be advantageous
