Job Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead digital marketing efforts, manage key client accounts, and mentor a growing team. This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical thinking with creativity and thrives in a client-focused, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies that align with client business goals and deliver measurable results.
• Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and prepare detailed reports and insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication, performance updates, and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with design, content, and media teams to execute integrated digital marketing campaigns.
• Provide strategic direction and hands-on support across multiple digital channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Mentor and support junior digital marketers, promoting knowledge sharing and skills development across the team.
• Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role with direct client interaction.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CIM UK) is a plus.
• Strong leadership qualities and a passion for guiding junior team members.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts and projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of digital tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
