WE ARE HIRING: Customer service agents
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Meet performance targets, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of prior experience in KPO/BPO customer service is mandatory.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (assessment and interview required).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations.
- Good computer literacy and familiarity with customer service software/tools.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
