WE ARE HIRING: Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary:

The Senior Business Analyst (Senior BA) plays a key role in identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and recommending solutions that deliver measurable value to stakeholders. This role involves close collaboration with product managers, developers, and business leaders to define requirements, enhance operational processes, and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze business needs, challenges, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and agree on business solutions.
• Document detailed business processes, requirements, and specifications.
• Support project planning, risk assessments, and change management activities.
• Act as a communication bridge between technical and non-technical teams.
• Contribute to budgeting, scheduling, and limited contract management tasks.
• Ensure compliance with Agile practices and SDLC methodologies.
• Participate in quality assurance and control processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (Masters preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proven experience in cross-functional team collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Strong documentation and business process modeling skills.
• Experience with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Visio, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Strong skills in time management, planning, and organization.
• Understanding of budgeting, financial management, and contract handling.
• Familiarity with risk management and change management principles.
• Experience with QA processes and Agile delivery.
• Professional certifications (CBAP®, CCBA®, PMI-PBA®) are an advantage.
• Domain expertise in industries such as healthcare, banking, logistics, or software.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
• Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and collaboration with design teams.
