WE ARE HIRING : Head of VAS / Senior Manager VAS

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute the overall VAS business strategy aligned with company goals.
• Identify new revenue streams in mobile VAS, OTT, gaming, fintech, and digital services.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the VAS team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

Product Development & Partnerships

• Drive end-to-end product ownership, from concept to launch of new VAS products, services, and platforms.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with telecom operators, content providers, and technology vendors.
• Ensure seamless integration of new services across multiple operator networks.

Business Development & Revenue Growth

• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for VAS offerings.
• Drive P&L accountability for the VAS business unit.
• Negotiate commercial terms with operators, aggregators, and enterprise clients.

Operations & Delivery

• Oversee service delivery and operations to ensure high-quality performance and uptime.
• Monitor KPIs, usage analytics, and customer feedback to continuously optimize service performance.
• Ensure compliance with TRCSL, IRD, and industry regulatory guidelines.

Innovation & Trends

• Stay ahead of emerging trends in digital services, mobile applications, content monetization, and payment ecosystems.
• Introduce AI, gamification, and digital engagement solutions into the VAS portfolio.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or Marketing (MBA preferred).
• 8-12 years of experience in Telecom, Mobile VAS, or Digital Services.
• Proven track record in managing operator relationships and launching successful VAS products.
• Strong knowledge of telecom billing, SMS/IVR/USSD platforms, APIs, OTT services, and digital monetization models.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and project management skills.
