WE ARE HIRING : Dynamics 365 Business Central Technical Consultant

Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka

Key Responsibilities

• 3rd Line Escalation Support: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues escalated from L1/L2 teams, collaborating with functional consultants and infrastructure teams to ensure efficient issue closure.

• Scoping of Development CRs: Work closely with clients to gather technical requirements, assess feasibility, and prepare technical designs. Provide development estimations, risk assessments, and documentation to support functional teams.

• Estimation & DevOps Preparation: Prepare detailed estimates for CRs, manage DevOps work items throughout the lifecycle, and maintain accurate project documentation.

• Delivery of Development CRs: Execute full lifecycle development, testing, and deployment of Business Central technical work requests, adhering to coding standards and ensuring functional alignment.

• Best Practice Technical Reviews: Conduct technical reviews, perform audits, identify improvement areas, and recommend best practices to enhance overall solution quality and maintain system reliability.

• Technical Leadership & Mentoring: Provide guidance to junior developers, support knowledge sharing, and mentor team members to strengthen technical capability within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience with full CR lifecycle in BC DevOps context.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with functional and client teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

• Strong documentation skills, including preparation of estimates and solution design.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar technical role.
