Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic, people-focused, and results-driven Head of HR / Director – Human Resources to lead and oversee the entire human resources function. This role is responsible for shaping HR strategy, driving organizational culture, ensuring compliance, and aligning people practices with business objectives at a leadership level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and long-term growth plans.

  • Lead end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and workforce planning.

  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership on organizational design, change management, and succession planning.

  • Establish and maintain HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks in compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  • Drive a strong performance-driven, inclusive, and values-based organizational culture.

  • Oversee leadership development programs and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Manage industrial relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution at a senior level.

  • Lead HR analytics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Ensure effective HR systems, digital tools, and process optimization across the organization.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Postgraduate qualification or professional HR certification (CIPM / SHRM / HRCI or equivalent) will be a strong advantage.

  • Minimum of 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.

  • Proven experience in strategic HR leadership, organizational development, and change management.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
