Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full sales cycle, from vendor acquisition to long-term account management.
- Develop and manage relationships with high-value vendors to increase category revenue.
- Build and scale a strong vendor ecosystem that supports sustainable marketplace growth.
- Strengthen marketplace visibility by driving adoption of paid listings, promotional packages, and ad partnerships.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, and product to improve the vendor experience.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market presence.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3-5 years of hands-on sales experience, ideally within e-commerce, digital platforms, or marketplace environments.
- Proven ability to consistently achieve sales targets and manage a portfolio of vendors or clients.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to negotiate and close high-value deals.
- Bachelors degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth digital environment.
