Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full sales cycle, from vendor acquisition to long-term account management.
  • Develop and manage relationships with high-value vendors to increase category revenue.
  • Build and scale a strong vendor ecosystem that supports sustainable marketplace growth.
  • Strengthen marketplace visibility by driving adoption of paid listings, promotional packages, and ad partnerships.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, and product to improve the vendor experience.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market presence.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3-5 years of hands-on sales experience, ideally within e-commerce, digital platforms, or marketplace environments.
  • Proven ability to consistently achieve sales targets and manage a portfolio of vendors or clients.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to negotiate and close high-value deals.
  • Bachelors degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth digital environment.
