WE ARE HIRING: Chat Support Executive 
Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home
Work Schedule: 24/7 Operations (Rotational Shifts)

Role Overview

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Chat Support Executives to provide real-time support to global fintech customers. The role focuses on handling customer queries via live chat, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering a high standard of customer experience while adhering to service levels and operational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via live chat in a professional and timely manner

  • Provide accurate information related to fintech products and services

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards

  • Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams when required

  • Log customer interactions and maintain accurate documentation in company systems

  • Adhere to shift schedules, response time SLAs, and company policies

Qualifications

Languages

  • Fluent English and Hindi (both mandatory)

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong written communication and client-handling skills

  • Basic computer literacy and ability to work with online systems

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously

  • Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-centric mindset

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome

  • Prior experience in customer support, chat support, or fintech is an added advantage

Technical Requirements

  • Personal Laptop or PC (minimum Intel i5 processor or equivalent / MacBook)

  • Stable and reliable internet connection

  • Ability to log in and work on company systems independently

  • No internet allowance provided

Candidate Location

  • Open to non-Indian candidates only

  • Preferred locations include Sri Lanka, Myanmar, and other international locations

  • Prior fintech or chat support experience
