Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to design, implement, and manage enterprise-grade security solutions across complex network environments. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in cyber security platforms, deep networking knowledge, and the ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize security infrastructures to ensure high availability, performance, and resilience.

The ideal candidate will work closely with network and infrastructure teams, contribute to security architecture decisions, and support continuous improvement of the organizations overall security posture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, configure, and optimize cybersecurity solutions using Fortinet, Cisco, and Palo Alto platforms.

  • Analyze existing network environments and adapt security solutions to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.

  • Perform advanced troubleshooting, incident handling, and root cause analysis for security and network-related issues.

  • Create, maintain, and update Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation for security and network projects.

  • Conduct periodic security posture assessments, configuration audits, and performance reviews.

  • Collaborate closely with network and infrastructure teams to support end-to-end solution integration.

  • Monitor emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and cybersecurity trends, recommending improvements where necessary.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, network security, or a related role.

  • Strong hands-on experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, and Network Security environments.

  • Solid understanding of core networking concepts, including:

    • Layer 3 routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, RIP)

    • VLANs, routing, switching, NAT, and high-availability architectures

    • IP addressing, subnetting, and network segmentation

  • Strong knowledge of enterprise security architecture, security best practices, and industry frameworks.

  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
