Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Specialist to drive business-to-business sales growth and strengthen partnerships with corporate clients, travel agents, and tour operators. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying new opportunities, building long-term relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives to expand market presence and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute B2B sales strategies to acquire new corporate partners and expand existing accounts.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients locally and internationally.

  • Identify, pursue, negotiate, and close new business opportunities aligned with organizational goals.

  • Manage ongoing partner relationships to maximize collaboration and repeat business.

  • Support seasonal promotions and sales campaigns to increase off-season bookings.

  • Track sales performance using CRM tools and KPIs, preparing regular performance reports.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing and customer experience teams to align sales initiatives.

  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities.

  • Handle escalated B2B client issues and ensure timely resolution to maintain partner satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within travel, tourism, or hospitality-related industries.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills.

  • Experience using CRM systems and modern sales tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally when required.
