Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Content Strategy & Management

• Develop and execute a unified digital content strategy aligned with Group Commercial priorities.
• Create, review, and manage high-quality content for LinkedIn, website, leadership profiles, and campaigns.
• Apply the Communications Model (Audience | Messaging | Objectives | Channel Mix) for structured content planning.
• Conduct monthly touchpoint meetings with communications teams across Shipping, Logistics, Energy, and regional/country offices.

• Provide strategic communications support to Group companies.

2. Social Media & Platform Strategy

• Lead the channel strategy to ensure each digital platform has a clear purpose and optimized role.
• Formulate and manage daily posting calendars, content formats, and tone of voice guidelines.
• Stay updated on global social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.
• Guide regional and local teams on platform usage and content adaptation for consistency and impact.

3. Performance, Analytics & Insights

• Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs such as engagement, audience growth, content effectiveness, and campaign performance.
• Build dashboards using LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and social listening tools.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to refine strategy and maximize ROI.

4. Multimedia Production & Visual Content

• Create or coordinate the production of visual assets such as photos, infographics, videos, and motion graphics.
• Collaborate with creative agencies and external vendors on multimedia projects.
• Maintain an organized, shared multimedia content library for cross-team usage.

5. Content Workflow Optimization

• Enhance the efficiency of content writing, ideation, repurposing, and production workflows.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities in content creation and reporting.
• Stay informed about evolving digital trends and their implications for brand strategy.
• Simplify technical topics into accessible and engaging storytelling formats.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure credibility and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in social media management, preferably in B2B marketing within logistics, supply chain, or related sectors.
• Proven experience in developing digital content strategies and managing multi-channel communication platforms.

Skills & Specialist Knowledge

• Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to professional audiences.
• Creative thinking, innovation, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across diverse teams.
• Understanding of SEO principles and content optimization best practices.
• Experience with paid social media advertising and lead generation strategies.
• Familiarity with digital communication trends in shipping, logistics, energy, and maritime industries.

Additional Requirements

• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar role with increasing responsibility.
