Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support the coordination and development of annual, integrated, and sustainability reports. The role focuses on consolidating financial and non-financial information, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality corporate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with subsidiaries and cross-functional internal teams to collect, consolidate, and validate financial and non-financial information

• Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external consultants, including writers, designers, auditors, and assurance providers

• Manage reporting timelines, track dependencies, and follow up on outstanding inputs

• Support compilation, organisation, and version control of report narratives, data tables, and supporting documentation

• Assist in ensuring consistency, accuracy, and completeness across all sections of the Annual Report

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Sustainability, Business Management, or a related field

Experience & Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in Annual Reports, Integrated Reports, Sustainability Reports, or non-financial reporting

• Working knowledge of Integrated Reporting principles and ESG frameworks (e.g. GRI, IFRS / SLFRS Sustainability Standards, SASB) will be an advantage

• Basic understanding of financial statements, KPIs, and performance reporting

• Strong communication skills in English with excellent coordination and follow-up ability

• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Experience with reporting templates or document management tools will be an added advantage
