Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Pricing Coordinator to manage logistics pricing activities, source competitive supplier rates, prepare timely quotations, and support revenue and volume growth.

The selected candidate will work closely with suppliers, customers, sales teams, and internal support departments to develop competitive proposals, maintain accurate pricing information, and improve quotation conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Source competitive rates from shipping lines, airlines, transport providers, overseas agents, and other logistics suppliers.
• Prepare and submit customer quotations and commercial proposals within agreed timelines.
• Ensure quotation requests are completed within the required service-level period.
• Support the achievement of departmental revenue and volume targets.
• Compare supplier rates, service options, lead times, and commercial terms.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and suitable service conditions.
• Monitor quotation conversion and contribute to improving the overall win ratio.
• Maintain accurate pricing, customer, prospect, volume, service, and contact information in the relevant system.
• Update electronic databases and pricing records within the required timeframe.
• Respond to customer and sales inquiries promptly and provide accurate pricing information.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Finance, and other support departments.
• Support joint client visits and commercial meetings when required.
• Monitor market conditions, competitor pricing, and logistics industry developments.
• Develop strong knowledge of freight products, trade lanes, supplier capabilities, and service offerings.
• Manage multiple quotation requests and commercial tasks within strict deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, correspondence, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company HSSE, ethical, anti-bribery, anti-money laundering, sanctions, and whistleblowing policies.
• Carry out additional commercial and pricing duties assigned by the line manager.

Candidate Profile

• University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics pricing, freight forwarding, commercial operations, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding industry.
• Experience sourcing supplier rates and preparing customer quotations.
• Strong commercial understanding with the ability to support revenue and volume targets.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail when maintaining databases, quotations, reports, and customer records.
• Good selling, influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn new pricing, logistics, CRM, and operational systems quickly.
• Strong customer-service and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
• Valid driving licence is required.
• Adaptable, organized, commercially aware, and capable of working within demanding timelines.
