Role Overview
We are looking for a target-driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead the student recruitment and admissions team, drive enrollment growth, develop effective sales strategies, and ensure the achievement of student acquisition and revenue targets.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales, business development, student recruitment, or a related field, with the ability to lead teams, monitor performance, manage sales pipelines, and improve conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute student recruitment and sales strategies
- Lead, coach, and motivate the student counselling team to achieve enrolment targets
- Monitor individual and team performance through KPIs and conversion metrics
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and growth channels
- Conduct sales forecasting and prepare regular performance reports
- Ensure effective lead management and timely follow-up processes
- Organize recruitment campaigns, events, and promotional activities
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, corporates, and other key stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in student recruitment and conversion processes
- Support the team in achieving student acquisition and revenue targets
- Track market trends and recommend strategies to improve recruitment performance
- Ensure the team follows structured sales processes and service standards
Qualifications & Experience
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent professional qualification
Experience
- Previous experience in sales, business development, student recruitment, or a related field would be advantageous
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales or recruitment targets
- Experience in leading teams would be preferred
- Candidates with strong sales performance and leadership potential will also be considered
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines, lead management, and conversion strategies
