Role Overview 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Executive to support and maintain quality management systems while ensuring compliance with quality standards, customer requirements, and industry regulations. The successful candidate will play a key role in quality assurance processes, audits, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational excellence across the manufacturing environment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Coordinate internal quality audits and monitor the implementation of audit findings.
• Support external certification, surveillance, and customer audits by preparing required documentation and coordinating audit activities.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards, customer specifications, and applicable industry regulations.
• Investigate product defects and non-conformities, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports, test records, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Promote quality awareness and support training initiatives on quality procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing defects, rework, and customer complaints.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Quality Management Systems within a manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements.
• Experience in conducting quality audits and managing audit documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor certification for ISO 9001 will be an added advantage.
