Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager – Data Center & Cloud Services to drive enterprise sales growth by promoting emerging digital solutions to existing large-scale clients. This role focuses on client retention, revenue growth, solution selling, and strengthening long-term customer relationships within the telecommunications and cloud services domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Acquisition & Business Growth
- Identify sales opportunities within the existing enterprise client base
- Promote new business opportunities and present tailored solutions to clients
- Plan and execute special sales activities and promotional initiatives
- Recommend suitable products and solutions based on customer requirements
- Revenue Management & Sales Targets
Coordinate with internal departments including technical, billing, and credit teams - Ensure proper sales materialization and alignment with sales targets

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue growth targets
Maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs
- Reporting & Market Insights
Participate in planning and forecasting activities - Identify and recommend product and service improvements
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
- Customer Retention & Relationship Management
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality - Conduct regular client visits and meetings to strengthen relationships
- Participate in critical customer discussions to ensure retention and account growth
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Marketing (MBA is an added qualification)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Enterprise Sales
- CIM / SLIM certification is preferred
- Good knowledge of fixed, mobile, and digital services

- Good understanding of Data Center and Cloud solutions
