WE ARE HIRING: Data Management Executive

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Management Executive to support critical data administration, reporting, and product lifecycle management functions. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate product data, supporting brand operations, and ensuring the integrity of information across multiple systems.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while supporting teams across global operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain fabric, trim, artwork, and design records within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
• Manage design updates, colorway setups, and design promotions for assigned brands.
• Issue final approvals for layouts, RFID/UPC tags, and packaging requirements.
• Prepare and maintain selling reports and management reports.
• Handle data management requests and vendor portal administration activities.
• Support special projects and other business initiatives as assigned.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of product and operational data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
• Maintain proper documentation and records in accordance with established processes and standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Management, Apparel Management, or a related field.
• Previous exposure to merchandising or the apparel industry would be advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Airtable, or similar BI tools would be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work remotely in alignment with US working hours.
