Role Overview

The Content Specialist owns the end-to-end merchant content lifecycle within a consumer-facing app. This role is responsible for collecting, formatting, localizing, uploading, and maintaining offer content to ensure accuracy, timely activation, and high-quality presentation across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage merchant content operations end-to-end, including logos, banners, terms, and links

  • Upload, update, and quality-assure all content within the app CMS

  • Localize content accurately in Arabic and English

  • Support merchant-specific campaigns and mall-level activations

  • Maintain content sections such as Whats New, Hot Offers, flash sales, and regional announcements

  • Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and timely go-live across all campaigns and updates

Qualifications & Experience

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in CMS or content operations for mobile apps or e-commerce platforms

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Strong editorial and visual content management skills

  • Familiarity with structured CMS workflows

  • Experience managing multilingual content environments

Skills & Competencies

  • High attention to detail and content accuracy

  • Strong coordination and operational execution skills

  • Ability to manage multiple content updates and deadlines simultaneously

  • Comfortable working with campaigns, promotions, and time-sensitive activations
