Role Overview

The OTA & Revenue Manager is responsible for driving market share and revenue performance through effective pricing, inventory management, and market mix optimization. The role focuses on online distribution, competitive pricing strategies, and close collaboration with marketing and reservations teams to maximize revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive market share and revenue performance through effective pricing, inventory, and market mix management

  • Ensure pricing strategies remain competitive and aligned with market dynamics

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize online opportunities for market and revenue growth

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy

  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of booking patterns, market demand, competitor rates, and business mix

  • Maintain and update rate structures across all distribution channels including OTA, GDS, website, and direct booking platforms

  • Oversee reservation management to ensure effective selling strategies are in place and standards and policies are followed

  • Build and manage relationships with online B2B partners and sales channels

Qualifications & Experience

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of industry experience in a similar capacity

Technical & Functional Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of Revenue Management and Online Distribution

  • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of HMS, PMS, Channel Managers, GDS, and related systems

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills

  • Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue optimization

  • Ability to interpret market data and competitor insights

  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management capabilities
