Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of HR to lead the organization's people strategy and drive organizational excellence. This role is responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business goals, strengthening leadership capabilities, and fostering a high-performance culture within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the overall HR strategy aligned with business objectives
• Act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership and stakeholders
  
• Oversee all HR functions including talent acquisition, performance 
• management, learning & development, and employee engagement
• Drive organizational development and change management initiatives
• Lead and manage large HR teams to ensure effective service delivery
  
• Develop and implement HR policies, frameworks, and best practices
• Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making
  
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulatory requirements
• Strengthen employer branding and talent retention strategies
  
• Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional HR qualifications (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) will be an added advantage
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles
• Experience in BPM/BPO or IT-related industries will be a strong advantage

• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
• Proven experience in leading and managing large HR teams
  
• Excellent leadership and strategic thinking abilities
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labour laws
  
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to drive organizational transformation and change initiatives
