WE ARE HIRING: Senior Executive – Payment Analyst

Role Overview

The Payment Analyst will support high-volume global payment operations by monitoring transactions, performing reconciliations, resolving issues, and improving payment efficiency. The role ensures accurate, timely, and secure pay-ins and payouts while supporting compliance, risk controls, and operational stability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily payment transactions across multiple channels (cards, wallets, RTP, ACH, etc.).

  • Perform reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.

  • Analyze transaction data to identify failures, trends, and anomalies.

  • Handle payment exceptions, delays, chargebacks, and coordinate resolutions.

  • Support fraud monitoring and basic risk analysis.

  • Assist in improving payment processes, automation, and reporting.

  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, IT, Compliance, and Customer Support teams.

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

Experience

Executive Level:

  • Fresh graduates or early-career professionals with strong analytical or data skills are encouraged to apply.

Senior Executive Level:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in payments, finance operations, financial analysis, or data analysis.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Good understanding of digital payment systems and workflows.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.

  • Familiarity with SQL, BI tools (Power BI / Tableau), or automation concepts is an advantage.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
