Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to join a growing sales team. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, promoting products, and supporting sales performance through effective communication and market awareness.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication.

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound and inbound calls.

Promote products and services to potential and existing customers.

Track sales activities, maintain records, and work towards assigned sales targets.

Monitor competitors and market trends to identify business opportunities.

Train and support junior sales staff when required.
Qualifications & Experience
Educational Qualifications

Diploma in Marketing Management, Management, or a related field.
Experience

Sales experience will be an added advantage; freshers are encouraged to apply.
Skills & Other Requirements

Strong communication skills in English and Tamil.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.

Good problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

Residing in or around Colombo suburbs will be an added advantage.
