Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to join a growing sales team. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, promoting products, and supporting sales performance through effective communication and market awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication.

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound and inbound calls.

  • Promote products and services to potential and existing customers.

  • Track sales activities, maintain records, and work towards assigned sales targets.

  • Monitor competitors and market trends to identify business opportunities.

  • Train and support junior sales staff when required.

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualifications

  • Diploma in Marketing Management, Management, or a related field.

Experience

  • Sales experience will be an added advantage; freshers are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Other Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in English and Tamil.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.

  • Good problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

  • Residing in or around Colombo suburbs will be an added advantage.
