Key Responsibilities

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue goals.

Track and report on sales performance metrics regularly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in existing accounts.
- Identify opportunities to expand product usage within current customer accounts.

Deliver personalized, value-driven solutions to meet customer needs.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, services, and industry standards.
- Provide technical support and product training to clients, ensuring compliance and proper usage.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Coordinate with customer support and operations teams to ensure smooth product delivery and installation.

Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.

Monitor customer satisfaction and strengthen long-term client relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management, highlighting opportunities and challenges.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies.

Actively participate in team meetings, sharing insights and best practices.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical guidelines, and legal requirements in all sales activities.
- Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining the integrity and reputation of the organization.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Certification in Sales or Business Development is an added advantage.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a senior sales role within the cleaning, sanitation, or related industries.

Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Experience in B2B sales, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
