Executive - Group Strategic Planning Analyst

WE ARE HIRING : Executive Group Strategic Planning Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Consolidate demand forecasts from group plants into a global view.
• Analyze country-level planning data to identify variances, risks, and opportunities.
• Support sales & operations planning (S&OP) with analytical inputs for group reviews.
• Standardize ERP-related practices across the group.
• Build dashboards and reports highlighting demand, inventory, capacity utilization, and lead times.
• Identify inefficiencies such as excess stock, stock-outs, and long lead times, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate between local country teams and group planning to ensure consistent KPIs and standards.
• Support integration of new markets into global planning processes.
• Map and document planning processes across countries and propose automation/digitization opportunities.
• Act as a key contact for ERP planning modules, validate enhancements, and train teams on reporting templates.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Physical Science, or Supply Chain Management.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, capacity planning, and inventory optimization.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Datatex, SAP, Oracle) or other planning tools.
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills to coordinate across multiple regions.
• Problem-solving mindset with experience in scenario analysis, Lean methodologies, and root cause analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to work with country teams, regional leads, and global leadership.
